Larry and Lori Wymore have been married 34 wonderful years with a full family that consists of 3 sons, 3 beautiful daughter-in-laws, 1 precious granddaughter, and an awesome grandson. They founded the camp in 1996. Their first camp hosted 60. Coming from a underprivileged background, they were burdened for at-risk children to have a camp experience. They provided a free camp for all children to have the chance to experience. The camp now hosts 350 students in the month of June. This past year they saw several campers accept Christ for the first time, and students answered the call to ministry.

Mike and Vicky Owens are dedicated volunteers that live on the campground. They have served the camp since 2014. Mike and Vicki often handle all the food services for camp retreats. They also serve in all capacities that are needed like cleaning and maintenance. They have been married 18 glorious years. The camp is so bless to have them as volunteer staff and is thankful for them everyday.

Jeremy and Lauren Pauling are our youngest staff members that live on campus. Jeremy moved to campus the summer of 2012. Lauren started coming to camp by serving on a drama team from North Carolina and eventually moved on campus in 2014. Their story starts together when they met at camp and started dating to fall in love. They are now married with one beloved daughter, Noelle. They love serving and helping other people, and it gives them joy when they see people have an experience with Christ at camp.

Marlene Wymore

Marlene Wymore (aka Nana) is the mother of Larry Wymore, camp president, along with 3 other sons. She has 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandkids. She has about 30 years experience as a nurse. She uses her skills at the camp and also through intercessory prayer. The first year she served she helped in the kitchen. Now she loves sitting and talking with the kids at the camps.

Joel and Ashley Wymore have been married for 5 years. Joel and Ashley have directed several of the camps. They met at camp, and are now married with one awesome son. In their free time, they love supporting their sports teams, hanging out with family, and going on adventures.
